Contracting with CMP was a great move for our anesthesiology group. They are professional, organized, and wonderful to work with. They have saved our group members countless hours of phone calls and paperwork. Because of CMP, self pay cases have gone from a source of stress and bureaucratic headaches, to a seamless and easy system. CMP is constantly improving as well. They are responsive to feedback and continually work to make their services better. I am certain they have saved our group a large amount of money we were to losing in failed or partial collections. It's a lot more convenient to just log onto CMP and look at the calendar instead of having to try and find self-pay surgical information like before. We can easily ensure that the information provided by the Surgeon's office is complete.

At first, I was hesitant about changing our self-pay system--I don't adjust well to change. But now, I really appreciate what CMP offers. Anesthesia billing can be so complicated, I was never sure I was doing it right. I was admittedly nervous to change our process, but the staff at CMP are very friendly and helpful. And I don't have to figure anesthesia costs any more!

Being able to log and see a week's or month's worth of data at a glance is great. I can compare our logs to the logs on CMP website quickly and easily.

CMP has impacted my work for the best. I use the CMP site at least twice a day (and sometimes more) to ensure that both the hospital and the Anesthesiologist are in sync with the most current information on each surgery.
