Communication with the patients

Patients are often frustrated by the confusion of navigating the payment process. Our goal is to alleviate that frustration. We communicate clearly with the patient before, during, and after their procedure--setting appropriate expectations, and making sure there's always someone there to answer their questions.

Payment

We believe that patients who have a transparent and convenient payment experience are much more likely to end up as happy patients.

We bill for whoever is interested in making their patients happy. Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, Facilities, or any combination of the three.
